They arranged for a no-obligation site visit and Isaac provided very professional service throughout. He even followed up with a call to further explain our concerns. On the day of installation, even though their team had some delays, Isaac promptly updated me on it instead of letting me wait without knowing. I had old films to be removed and I was told it will take a very long time about 4/5 hours but in the end the whole job only took 3 hours. The installers were very prompt and professional and know what they were doing very well. Proper care and advice was given and Jun Liang was able to cater to all my requests such as a frosted panel, black out panel and proper UV protection for the rest of the house. Came across Rhinepro window films quite by accident via social media. Was looking at a couple of other brands of window films in Singapore including a few major brands that are known internationally. Haven't decided on which brand to go with but eventually decided to go along with Rhinepro. In terms of the technical specs (UV rejection, heat rejection and visible light transmission), I must say most window films are quite similar apart from some differences in colour/tint etc. And of course, the price itself. Isaac from Rhinepro provided a very insightful and detailed explanation and good demo on Rhinepro films' capabilities. I did not immediately respond after he provided a rather competitive quote as I was still managing remnants of my renovations.. Despite this Isaac maintained his professionalism and responded promptly to all my queries via WhatsApp. Eventually in addition to the final price what convinced me to go with Rhinepro is their warranty given which is very impressive as compared to its competitors. Finally comments on the installers. Both of the staff who came were friendly and took efforts to further explain some of the minor differences between the 2 types of films that I had chosen. I witnessed their work and can tell that they are very experienced and good. I also noted that they took care to remove the rubber strips that lined the edges of the window panes to the frame of the windows. They explained that by doing so the entire window pane is covered by their film and users would reap maximum benefit from it. I can't say for sure that all other brands' staff would so the same as this would be a small but important detail that would be unknown to the uninitiated like myself. Overall, extremely satisfied and the film really does what it was marketed to do.. My place faces the west sun and the living room bears the brunt of the scorching heat. With Rhinepro films installed, the interior of my living room is now noticeably cooler.
